Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- Direct the opp. parties to file show cause as to why the representation dt.20.4.2022 vide Annexure-5 shall not be disposed of as early as possible and direction given to the opp. party No.1 to sanction of petitioner's pensionary benefits like pension, commutation of pension, gratuity and encashment of unutilized leave salary etc. for the interest of justice.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to

// 2 // take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
