Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Collector, Jharsuguda, this Court directs the Collector, Jharsuguda to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto and if necessary, also involving the parties likely to be affected. 2.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. 3.
