This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of cause title.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Considering he submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, he is permitted to correct the father's name of Petitioner no.1 and name of the husband of Petitioner No.2 in the bail application. Let correction be carried out in court today. 5.

Consolidated cause title filed be taken on record. 6.

In view of the aforesaid correction four weeks' further time

// 2 // from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 11.10.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 7.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
