Let a copy of the writ petition be served on Mr. B.K. Dash, learned counsel, who usually appears for Director of Technical Education & Training (DTET), in course of the day 3.

Heard Mr. D.P. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State-opposite party and Mr. B.K. Dash, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties no.2 & 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to declare the 2nd/final year results of the 31 students (vide list under Annexure-3) of their ITC examination of batch of 2018-20 within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made a representation to the authority concerned vide Annexure-2 and the

same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time. 6.

Considering the contentions raised by learned Counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing to the authority concerned to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-2, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. .
