Petitioner brings this writ petition in the allegation that Order No.

Tahasildar, Lathikata refuses to entertain a demarcation request of the petitioner finds palace at Anenxure-3. This Court finds in the event the competent authority refused to accept such application, nothing prevented the petitioner to approach this Court immediately. 2.

Be that as it may, without entering into such controversy, this Court disposes of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to extend demarcation application to the Tahasildar, Lathikata at least within a period of seven working days in such event the Tahasildar, Lathikata shall accept the application and do the needful but however involving the parties likely to be affected.
