This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 14.09.2022.

Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the recitals in the I.A. regarding the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to modify the order relating to the stipulation of criminal antecedent in the order dated 14.09.2022.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move this application for bail afresh before the learned Court below which shall be considered on its own merit and the parity if any as advanced shall also be taken into account.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
