Heard the further submission of learned counsel for the parties. Order No.

It is stated by the learned State Counsel that there has been progress in preparation of the record of rights, but however, since the concerned Tahasildar has been transferred, a new Tahasildar has joined, who requires some time to complete the formalities and seeks two weeks' time for showing final outcome in preparation of the record of rights. It is also submitted that there has also been preparation of the draft record of rights and the same is pending for approval. 3.

Considering the above statement made by the learned State Counsel, this Court directs the Tahasildar to bring necessary R.O.R at least within a period of three weeks hence.

Petitioner is directed to produce a certified copy of this order before the concerned Tahasildar.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above order.
