This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this CMP pray for a direction for early disposal of C.S. No.122 of 2013 pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) L.R, Bhubaneswar.

On perusal of the order sheet annexed to the CMP at Annexure-3, it appears that the suit is not ready for hearing. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this CMP at this stage. 4.

However, the Petitioners are at liberty to move learned trial Court for early disposal of the suit, when it becomes ready for hearing.

With the aforesaid observation, this CMP is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
