Heard Mr. M. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners Order No.

and Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr. Mohanty, though lease case no.11 of 2010 was initiated at the instance of the petitioners praying for sanction of a land for establishing the office building of Odisha Akshaya Mohanty Foundation Trust, Khordha, however, till date the same remains inconclusive. He draws our attention to order dated 08.02.2018 passed by the Tahasildar, Khordha whereby all the required informations were submitted to the Additional District Magistrate, Khordha for needful action. Though upon query by the Additional District Magistrate, Khordha vide letter no. 3997/II25/2008/Rev. dated 13.03.2018 vide Annexure-10, the Superintendent of Police, Khordha on 03.04.2018 vide Annexure-11 has intimated the A.D.M., Khordha that nothing adverse has been found, however, till date the matter has not been finalized. 3.

During course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file a grievance petition before

the Collector, Khordha (opposite party no.1) and further submits that the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such grievance petition within a specific time period. 4.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file a grievance petition before the Collector, Khordha (opposite party no.1) within a period of two weeks along with a copy of this order through Registered Post with A.D. In the event, such a petition is received by the Collector, Khordha (opposite party no.1), he/she is directed to take a decision on such petition, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Office is directed to return the certified copy of Annexure-9 series to the learned counsel for the petitioners after the same is substituted by the attested xerox copy.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
