This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.09.2022 and extension of time to surrender. 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since he did not have the copy of the injury report, he could not bring the correct fact to the notice of this court at the time of passing of the order dated 06.09.2022. However, now he files the copy of the injury report, and submits that the injuries caused in the hands of the injured are though grievous in nature, but the same were caused due to falling from the bike. Therefore, he prays for waiting of condition of verification of the injury report.

Considering such submission, the condition in para-4 of the order dated 06.09.2022 with regard to verification of Injury Report is
// 2 // hereby waived. However, other conditions in the said order remain intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 06.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10601 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 8.
