Heard Mr. Jyotirmaya Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 417 of 2020, arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No.292 of 2020 pending on the file of learned N.G.N.-cumJ.M.F.C., Tangi, for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 341/323/294/506/307/325/379/34, IPC.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the Case Diary states that the injuries sustained by the victim are simple in nature.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that, the petitioners have no criminal proclivity.

Taking into account of such submissions and the background in which the petitioners are facing acquisition, the Court is inclined to direct that, on surrendering the petitioners within a period of two week hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter.
