Learned counsel for the petitioner in course of hearing of CRLMC application submits that in the meanwhile trial has already commenced and some of the witnesses have been declared hostile and therefore, the challenge to order taking cognizance has already become infructuous. He also prays to expedite the trial in this case. 3.

In view of such limited prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the CRLMC application is disposed of as not pressed and learned Court in seisin of the case is requested to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Subhasmita
