ORDER
12.01.2022 Order No.
This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard Mr. A.S. Nandy, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service and release the monthly salary at par with the Class-IV employees as driver. 4.
As it appears, vide order dated 23.02.2005, the Special Land Acquisition Officer, NTPC, Angul has recommended the case of the petitioner to the opposite party no.2 with regard to absorption of the petitioner in any office to work as driver in the vacant post. It is contended that the same is still pending for consideration and direction may be issued to consider the same. 5.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to act upon the recommendation made by opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-6 dated 23.02.2005 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified/authenticated copy this order.
6.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
