It is alleged by the learned counsel for Petitioner that in spite of receipt of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 by the Office of the Opposite Party No.4 since 27.07.2022, the same has not been disposed of as yet.

Considering the prayer made in this writ petition and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.4, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
