1. The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-2 series) shall be Order No.
examined by the Tahasildar, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as the Opposite Party Nos.4 and 5 and giving them a hearing, the Tahasildar, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.3) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 10th April, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
