1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-3 series) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Bahanaga (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.4 and giving them a hearing, the Tahasildar, Bahanaga (Opposite Party No.3) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 9th January, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
