This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No.200 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.548 of 2022 and subsequently Special Case No.184 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court (POCSO), Balasore, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned ADJ-cum-Special Court (POCSO), Balasore by order dated 16.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Considering the tenor thereof and keeping in view that investigation has progressed substantially, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
