This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of order dated 23.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that while reflecting the offences in 3rd line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 23.09.2022, inadvertently it has been mentioned as '301' instead of '307'. As such, the same may be corrected. 4.

Considering such submission and on a careful examination of the bail application, this Court modifies the order dated

23.09.2022 to the extent that in place of the figure '301' occurred in the 3rd line of 3rd paragraph, the figure '307' be reflected. 5.

In view of the aforesaid modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
