Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against the order of eviction the petitioner has preferred an appeal, which is pending consideration. Therefore, the petitioner does not want to pursue this writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
