Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner the name of the Petitioner in the cause title page of the bail application is corrected as "Pintu Naik @ Sudhir Nayak aged about 32 years, S/o.Bishnu Naik @ Bishnu Charan Nayak" instead of "Pintu Naik, aged about 44 years S/o. Bishnu Naik".

Necessary correction be carried out in the bail order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner be extended by fifteen days more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
