This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.09.2022 and extension of time to surrender. 3.

Prayer for modifications, as sought for in the I.A., is allowed. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the address of the Petitioner is concerned. 5.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 08.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10621 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar

// 2 // Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.
