Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue RULE NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the insurance amount of Rs,.50,000/- shall not be paid to the petitioner immediately. AN D As to why the representations under Anenxures-5 and 6 shall not be disposed of immediately, AND If the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, then the RULE may please be made absolute; AND To pass any other order(s)/direction(s)/writ(s) as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper;"

Considering there is some development during pendency of the writ petition, it appears petitioner has filed a memo on 7.7.2021 enclosing therein a correspondence at the instance of Nayagarh District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. addressed to Branch Manager, IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Co. Ltd

requesting therein for consideration of the case involved. 4.

Considering this to be a case pending at the hand of the opposite party no.6, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the opposite party no.6 to take into consideration the request of the petitioner and take decision as appropriate by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner but, however, keeping in view the instruction given by Nayagarh District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd in its letter dated 7.5.2018 .

Let the petitioner communicate the certified copy of this order along with copy of the letter dated 7.5.2018 to the opposite party no.6 within a period of seven days hence. Sks (BISWANATH RATH) JUDGE
