The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the departmental proceeding of the year 1997. 4.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that on 04.04.2011 the proceeding initiated against the petitioner has already been concluded by withholding two annual increments with cumulative effect. The order dated 04.04.2011 produced by learned State Counsel be kept on record. 5.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of.
