It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 25.08.2021 in W.P.(C) No.2301 of 2021 passed by this Court has already been complied with.

In such view of the submission, the Contempt Petition stands dropped.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application in the event any cause of action still survives.
