1. There is an affidavit filed by Opposite Party No.2 stating that she has already married to the Petitioner and they are living happily.

2. In that view of the matter, the impugned order dated 1st December, 2014 passed by the J.M.F.C., Banpur in G.R. Case No.261 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Banpur and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. A copy of this order be communicated forthwith to the concerned Subordinate Court. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S.K. Jena/Secy.
