1. In view of the liberty granted by the Supreme Court by its order dated 19th April, 2021 in SLP (Civil) Diary No.25000 of 2020 permitting the State of Odisha to file a review petition in this Court and having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court recalls the order dated 21st August, 2019 and restore writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) No.3826 of 2019 to the roster Bench of this Court, where it will be listed on 21st November, 2022.
