This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To consider the representation under Annexure-5.

(ii) To consider the past service record as per law and direct the Opp. Party No.4 for his regularization or give a chance to appear the examination.

(iii) Unless the grievance of the petitioner is mitigated he shall loose his seniority and juniors will be superseded will get a chance". 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed representation at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.4 to take a

// 2 // decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The Photocopy of the said order be placed in other connected matters.
