This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of order dated 10th January, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.345 of 2020.

This Court, vide order dated 13th July, 2022 gave an opportunity to Sri Naresh Kumar Sahoo, Executive Engineer, TPCODL to comply with order dated 10th January, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.345 of 2020.

In compliance of the said order, Mr. Sahoo, the Executive Engineer, TPCODL, Cuttack Electrical Division is present in person and files an affidavit stating that the matter has been amicably settled vide conciliation proceeding dated 1st August, 2022. A copy of the said proceeding is also annexed to the affidavit as Annexure-A. The said affidavit is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 6.

In view of the above, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

Personal appearance of Sri Naresh Kumar Sahoo, Executive Engineer, TPCODL is dispensed with. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
