This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Kesinga P.S. Case No.128 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.124 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 379/411/34 4.
Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge I/C, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 26.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
Taking into account the character and antecedents of the petitioner, it is directed that while releasing the petitioner on bail,
the learned Court in seisin over the matter shall stipulate that he shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
