This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 02.11.2022. The petitioner has filed the CRLMC seeking to quash the criminal proceeding arising out of FIR No. 04 of 2013. In the meanwhile, around nine years have passed from the date of registration of the F.I.R.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance, especially when no one had appeared today to address the Court at the time of call it presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed.
