This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of G.R. Case No. 98 of 2014 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur to any other Court or Magistrate at Cuttack and Bhadrak.

Notice had been issued on 18.06.2015 and the accused persons have been permitted to be impleaded as Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 vide order dated 27.07.2015 and vide order dated 06.08.2015, notice had been issued to the opposite parties. Vide order dated 09.12.2015, as the notice issued to Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 had returned unserved with the endorsement "Addressee long absent", the petitioner had been directed to take fresh steps for issuance of notice to the opposite party nos.2 to 4 in the present correct address by Registered Post with A.D. within one week.

Office note indicates that fresh steps for issuance of notice to opposite party nos.2 to 4 in their present correct address by Registered Post with A.D. has not yet been taken. 6.
The matter had not been listed after 09.12.2015. Seven years have elapsed in the meanwhile and no interim order has been passed by this Court. Hence, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this application pending.

This TRPCRL is accordingly dismissed.
