Heard learned Counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the cancellation of work order under Annexure-3 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to allow him to complete the work till its completion for the period as stipulated in the work order being the work in perennial in nature after completing 70% of work and expending a huge amount of approximately Rs.35 lakhs. 4.
In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party No.2-Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Keonjhar vide Annexure-4, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in
accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
