Even though the order of mutation case is challenged here on variety of grounds involving Mutation Case No.3185 of 2020, undisputedly at the stage when review/recall petition of the petitioner is still pending consideration, the writ petition even did not involve certified copy of the order impugned here in Mutation Case No.3185 of 2020, this Court finds the writ petition is not entertainable in absence of certified copy of impugned order. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
