This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3.

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction on the body of the application.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to carry out the necessary correction in the body of the application in Court today. 5.

Accordingly, the order dated 08.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10646 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that in 2nd line of Paragraph-5 the words "misappropriated a tune of Rs.75 lakhs" be deleted and in its place the words "the Petitioner is facing charge of acquiring disproportionate assets to the tune of Rs.43,14,477/- which turned to be 56.30% of disproportionate assets. 6.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 08.09.2022, but subject to

// 2 // depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
