This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.545 of 2022, pending in the file of learned JMFC, Barbil, arising out of Joda P.S. Case No.190 of 2022, under Section 457/380/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Champua, Camp at Barbil by order dated 06.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners are in custody since 20.07.2022 and as charge sheet has already been filed; their further continuance in custody is not warranted.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, and taking into account the age of the petitioners and that they are first offender as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
