The issue involved in this writ petition has already been answered by this Court in W.A. No. 558 of 2019 (Suresh Chandra Mishra v. State of Orissa and others) 2020 (II) ILR CTC-383, by dismissing the writ appeal preferred by the appellant therein. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same stands dismissed in terms of the observation/direction made in Suresh Chandra Mishra (supra).
