Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel Order No.
for the State.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed with a limited prayer for expeditious trial and disposal of G.R. Case No. 147 of 2021 pending before the learned court of J.M.F.C., Barbil on the grounds stated therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the charge sheet, the trial has not yet commenced and it has been delayed for no reason and therefore, learned J.M.F.C., Barbil should be directed to expedite the trial and ensure its disposal at the earliest. 4.
Consequently, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Barbil to speed up disposal of G.R. Case No.147 of 2021 corresponding to Barbil P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021 unless there is a legal impediment so as to ensure its early disposal
preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
