The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Direct the opp. party No.3 to sanction the 1st RACP benefits of Rs.4200/- w.e.f 1.1.2013 on completion of 10 years of service and fixation of his pay in Cell-1 Level No.9 of the 7th pay w.e.f 1.1.2016 as per Notification under Annexure-5 and accordingly all arrear may be disbursed to petitioner within a time stipulation as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite
