The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "direct the opp. party No.1 to sanction and disburse the 3rd RACP benefits of Rs.5400/- w.e.f 21.11.2014 on completion of 30 years of service as per Annexure-2 and fixation of his pay in Level No.12 of the 7th pay w.e.f 1.1.2016 with revision and accordingly all arrear may be disbursed to petitioner within a time stipulation as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite
// 2 // Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition and taking into account Annexures-4 & 5 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 5.
