Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This Interlocutory Application has been filed for the Petitioner for modification of order dated 16.02.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

However, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 16.02.2022.

Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court in seisin over the matter afresh by filing a fresh bail application before the Court below. ( A.K.
