1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-5 series) shall be considered by the Collector, Mayurbhanj-Opposite Party No.1 and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Parties 5 to 42 and giving them a hearing, a detailed order shall be passed thereon not later than 5th December, 2022. A copy of the said order be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
