2. By this application, the Petitioner seeks to quash the cognizance order dated 5th January, 2015 passed in C.T. Case No.239 of 2014 arising out Pattamundai P.S. Case No.239 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned 1st Additional District Judge-cum-Designated Court, Cuttack.

3. The Petitioner is not pursuing despite the matter being adjourned. Hence, there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive, particularly when there is no interim stay passed in the case. The same is accordingly, dismissed.
