This review petition has been filed for review of the order dated 19.02.2016 passed in F.A.O. No. 672 of 2015.

As it appears this Review Petition has been filed with a delay of 986 days seeking review of the order dated 19.02.2016 passed in F.A.O. No. 672 of 2015 and as such, this review petition suffers from delay and laches. Therefore, applying the ratio decided by this Court in the case of State of Odisha and another v. Smt. Bishnupriya Routray and another, this court is not inclined to condone the delay and entertain the review petition.
