Perused the letter dated 04.01.2025 of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhadrak. By his letter dated 04.01.2025, learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhadrak has prayed for four months' time to dispose of S.T.Case No. 139 of 2019.

In such view of the matter, time to dispose of the aforesaid S.T.Case is extended for a period four months from the date of this order.

This order be communicated to the trial court by the Registry.
