Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The appellant is in custody since 28.05.2022 in connection with Bhuban P.S. Case No.206 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. (Special) Case No.36 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Spl. Court-cum- Addl. Sessions Judge, Kamakhyanagar, Dhenkanal for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/341/294/506/353/186/355/323/323/149 of IPC read with Section 3(1)(r)/3(1)(s)/3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act. 4.
It is alleged that the on 22.05.2022 while the informant was conducting raid around village Mahulpal along with her staff, the appellant was found to be hiding some contraband articles and initially he fled away from the spot but returned and started abusing the complainant in obscene language. 5.
Considering the nature of accusations, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to
allow the prayer for bail. Let the appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall appear before the IIC of Bhuban P.S. on every Sunday at 10 a.m. till conclusion of trial and such fact shall be certified by the IIC to the concerned court once in a month.

CRLA is accordingly disposed of.
