This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. P.C. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of the CRLMC by instructing the learned trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Learned counsel for the Informant so also learned A.G.A. raised no objection to such prayer.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer advanced on behalf of the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of and the learned trial Court is requested to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment and the case is ripened for trial.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed.
