1. The Informant-Opposite Party No.2 as well as the injuredOpposite Party No.3 has filed separate affidavits stating that the disputes have been settled between the Petitioners and them.

2. In that view of the matter, Puri Sadar P.S. Case No.170 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1365 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Puri and all proceedings consequent thereto in respect of the present Petitioners are quashed.

3. The CRLMC is allowed in the above terms.
