The petitioner's earlier application for bail was rejected by this Court. I find no change circumstance to entertain this bail application again. However, taking note of the fact that the petitioner's mother is ill for which he has filed an I.A. before this Court, the bail application is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to release the petitioner on interim bail for a period of six weeks.
