1. Considering that the order of the learned Single Judge was passed in an interlocutory proceeding arising out of a pending civil suit, the Court is of the view that the present writ appeal is not maintainable.

2. Permitting the present Appellant to avail of other appropriate remedies as may be available to the Appellant in accordance with law, the appeal is dismissed. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
