1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 08.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.22301 of 2022.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the Para-3 of the order, the word "07.04.2011" has been wrongly typed as "07.04.2021". Hence, the corrections need to be effected.

5. In such view of the matter, in Para-3 of the order the word wrongly mentioned as "07.04.2021" be read as "07.04.2011

6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.

7. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
